AFTER SCHOOL SPEED & AGILITY PROGRAMS

Become more skillful at faster speeds and with greater precision from progressive exercise and instruction aimed at developing fundamental motor abilities to enhance athletic capabilities.

Proper technique is emphasized in:

Improving Core Strength & Overall Fitness are key components to each of One:9 - Argyle's Team Performance programs, aimed at bettering athletic performance as well as decreasing injuries. Our coaches also work to improve an athlete’s mental fitness and confidence in the game.

Programs are stressed versus a single drop-in class. It takes time for the body to learn new movement patterns. When under pressure, the body always refers back to the last habit it learned,  so until you build the techniques or muscle memory into a habit, you need to have patience and practice.

 

Pre-Season Training  

Intense speed, agility and quickness along with strength training to prepare for the upcoming season.

In-Season Training 

Focuses on Injury Prevention, Core Strength, Balance, Running Technique, Flexibility & Mental Toughness in:

  • Youth & Teen Classes

  • Team / Group / Private Sessions at our training center 

Off-Season Training 

Primary time to improve physically and tactically using aerobic and anaerobic activities. Hard work in the off-season boosts:

During our MS & HS Elite training, we work on developing flexibility, strength, speed, and agility. In order to maximize the output of our athletes, we begin to challenge them in new ways to develop mental awareness and toughness. During this phase, athletes prepare to face adversity and competition at the highest level.

For high school athletes that are graduating and plan on taking their high school talent the next level, our college prep performance training program is balanced between injury prevention and off-season development.  Every Winter & Summer  we provide college prep performance training.  Athletes will train with their peer group to address functional strength deficiencies, gain strength, improve speed & agility, and build rotational / plyometric power. Everything is geared towards maximizing their in season performance and advancing in their sport. 

Everything at the college level is designed to improve the athlete's on field performance and prepare them to play at the professional level. We help our high school athletes film recruitment videos, walk them through the recruitment process, and network them to out to college programs that align with their playing ability and academic preferences.

For middle school & high school athletes, our training is balanced between in-season maintenance and off-season development.  Every Winter & Summer  we provide middle school & high school performance training.  Athletes will train with their peer group to address functional strength deficiencies, gain strength, improve speed & agility, and build rotational / plyometric power. Everything is geared towards maximizing their in season performance and advancing in their sport. 

Everything at the middle school & high school level is designed to improve the athlete's on field performance and prepare them to play at the collegiate level. We help our middle school & high school athletes film recruitment videos, walk them through the recruitment process, and network them to out to college programs that align with their playing ability and academic preferences.

We are not bound by the location of our facility when needing to reach our athletes. If you need help with your mechanics, performance training, maintenance and recovery, etc. we offer online training. Online training gives you daily workouts and tracking through our TeamBuilder software, weekly video analysis and training notes for improving your mechanics, and any other custom training needs.
