Junior 

Performance

Ages 5-9

During our Junior Performance class, we use drills to develop necessary skills for our athletes to perform better. We create a fun and exciting environment to keep our young athletes engaged. Our focus is to give our athletes a different and better perspective on performance training.

Developmental 

Performance

Ages 10-12

During our Developmental Performance class, we use drills to develop necessary skills for our athletes to perform better. We create a fun and exciting environment to keep our young athletes engaged. Our focus is to give our athletes a different and better perspective on performance training.

MS & HS Prep Performance

Ages 13+

During our MS & HS Elite training, we work on developing flexibility, strength, speed, and agility. In order to maximize the output of our athletes, we begin to challenge them in new ways to develop mental awareness and toughness. During this phase, athletes prepare to face adversity and competition at the highest level.
