Comprehensive performance & skill specific training for NFL, CFL, XFL, & IFL Athletes

During off-season training, we analyze your game film, statistics, and performance metrics to see what can be improved to progress your career. Athletes will undergo evaluation of their Ground Force Output, Straight Line Speed, Vertical Jump, Broad Jump, and Range of Motion.

From there, each athlete will follow their individualized performance regimen in the One:9 - Argyle Training Lab.

Everything is catered towards improving on-field performance metrics and preventing on-field injury.

Every Summer and Winter we provide college football performance training.  Athletes will train with their peer group to address functional strength deficiencies, gain strength, improve speed & agility, and build rotational / plyometric power. Everything is geared towards maximizing their in season performance and advancing in their sport. 

 

For potential NFL Draftees / Free Agent Signees, we provide comprehensive NFL Combine / Pro Day preparation every winter. Athletes will address strength and performance specific to the combine / pro day environment. Training is geared toward improving your metrics in the 40yd, 3-cone drill, vertical, broad jump, bench, and position specific skills by addressing strength and performance as well as technique and efficiency. 

 

While away for college, we offer remote training capability and will stay in touch with the recruitment process for those athletes looking to advance from a two-year to a four-year school / transfer. We want to make sure you are developing within your school's program and look to provide support for that continued development.

For high school football athletes, our training is balanced between in-season maintenance and off-season development.  Every Winter & Summer  we provide high school football performance training.  Athletes will train with their peer group to address functional strength deficiencies, gain strength, improve speed & agility, and build rotational / plyometric power. Everything is geared towards maximizing their in season performance and advancing in their sport. 

Everything at the high school level is designed to improve the athlete's on field performance and prepare them to play at the collegiate level. We help our high school athletes film recruitment videos, walk them through the recruitment process, and network them to out to college programs that align with their playing ability and academic preferences.

We are not bound by the location of our facility when needing to reach our athletes. If you need help with your mechanics, performance training, maintenance and recovery, etc. we offer online training. Online training gives you daily workouts and tracking through our TeamBuilder software, weekly video analysis and training notes for improving your mechanics, and any other custom training needs.
