OUR ADULT TRAINING PROGRAMS INCLUDE:

  • Boot Camp: This 54-minute workout provides results that will last. Your body will realize its maximum potential during this high-performance workout that includes strengthening, conditioning, mobility, and a major calorie burn.

  • Strength: Increase lean muscle mass with this 8-week program that is guaranteed to produce results. Perfect for both men and women, our coaches will provide direction and community and hold you accountable for hitting your goals.

  • One:9 - Argyle Overtime: This semi-private training program will help you target a specific goal and is great for athletes looking to excel in their sport. We’ll help you enhance your strengths and improve areas of development.

  • One:9 - Argyle 1-on-1: This personalized training will pair you with one of our expert coaches for a customized workout that will target your goals and provide careful direction to ensure you maximize your efforts.

All you need to do is show up to our fitness training facility and bring your dedication—and we’ll take it from there.

Ready to build some strength and muscle? One:9 - Argyle has a program that is dedicated to exactly that. Our Strength Training program is designed to produce hypertrophy (muscle building) as well as functional strength. These workouts are no walk in the park—they are periodized and utilize our proprietary 5-Star Training Program.

This Strength program is guaranteed to produce results. Our fitness training facility offers the community, accountability, and proven process you need to soar past your goals. Whether you’re a novice or a pro, man or a woman, strength knows no age or gender.

Fun at Yoga

Recovery Training

Each week on Thursdays our members will have access to attend yoga to work on flexibility, mobility, and injury prevention.

In addition to the yoga service we will also be providing Cryo Therapy and Massage Therapy for our members. 

 

We believe health is more than the workouts you attend, but a series of different activities that promote health and wellness.

 

By approaching health from a holistic stance, our members learn the value in each aspect of health.

Beyond the achieving new levels of fitness, yoga has many benefits that help our members in their daily life.

 

Many studies have accredited active recovery training for reducing stress and anxiety, reducing inflammation in joints, promoting sleep quality, and improving breathing.
